From
the sacristy a door on the right
side of the wall leads to the
Chapter Hall, where the monks
once used to meet. The hall
has been recently restored and
shows two beautiful columns
in the center. From the cloister
side abundant light comes in
through the central door and
two mullioned windows, providing
also a magnificent view of the
cloister of the Trinity and
the adjoining convent, now destined
to the State Archives. Above,
the architecture of the hall
is softened by six little round
windows edged in brick with
trilobate tracery in Istrian
stone.
